Country World Productions, Inc. was founded in 1982, as a multimedia company with divisions in television production and syndication, publishing, and special event/venues/television sponsorship sales.
Since 1994, Country World Productions has dedicated itself to sponsorship sales for closed captioning, sports venues, and municipal marketing.
The company was launched with the production of a very popular television series called Wild Game & Country Cooking that aired on National PBS, cable, and in syndication for seven years. The host of the series, T.E. Manion, also a best selling cookbook author, is currently the President/CEO of the company. Country World Productions has produced many national television series for PBS, ESPN, Outdoor Life Network, The Learning Channel, and Fox Sports Channel. In 1994, the company also began producing programming for the CBS network. The company has also co-produced with Family Circle. Country World Productions' television programs have aired in 11 countries, on five cable networks, national PBS, and on hundreds of local stations.
Special Events and Projects
Country World Productions founded, organized, and implemented the MWC Masters Walleye Tournament Circuit, the first professional fishing tournament circuit leading to a World Championship hosted in multiple states. This created the biggest growth in the fishing industry.
Country World Productions created and co-produced the best selling CD ROM games Sierra Trophy Bass I & II and Sierra Trophy Deer with Sierra On-Line.
Country World Productions created sponsorship media deals with multiple NBA and NHL teams.
Since the early 1980's, Country World Productions has been an innovative leader and aggressive competitor in securing sponsorship for television series, sports teams, naming rights for stadiums, closed captioning sponsors on local news, regional/national sports and other programs, events, and special projects.
